Enormous interest KEMA employees for FPG Lab

The Flex Power Grid Lab has presented herself and her possibilities to KEMA during a lunch presentation. KEMA showed an enormous interest, which was proven by the attendance of 200 people.

After some introductory notes Menno de Vries (General Manager of the lab) introduced the 3 speakers.

Ebbo de Meulemeester (KEMA, Project manager for the realisation and Owner Representative for the Foundation) gave an brief overview of the history, the stakeholders and cooperation and the start-up phase of the Project.

Anton Linssen (KEMA, project manager for the design and realisation of the lab’s 4Q MV converter) continued with a presentation regarding the realisation of the lab and the converter.

Finally Erik de Jong (General Manager of the lab by May 2008) presented the possibilities of the converter, gave and concluded with the disclosure of the name and the logo of the lab.

After the presentations detailed explanations were given to the interested crowd.
